Refund & Returns Policy

📦 1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days (choose your period) of receiving your product if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product

Note: Some items such as custom installations or software subscriptions may not be returnable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

If your product arrives damaged or not working properly, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund—no hassle.
